Carehub® provides pre-configured medical turn-key pods and lockable physical storage space for physicians to license for part-time usage on short term contracts. We also provide front office concierge as well as innovative technology to simplify check-in and enhance patient experience. By eliminating the need to build full time medical office space, Carehub® saves its members about 70 to 85% of the initial capital out-of-the-pocket costs.

Carehub® membership includes the following:

• Access to reserved medical pods

• Front office concierge

• High Speed Internet / Wi-Fi

• Technology that supports patient kiosk check-in, secure doctor-nurse communication, and patient experience feedback

• Security monitoring of the facility

Each pod comes with the following:

• 3 Exam rooms (Each room has 1 exam chair / table, 1 patient chair, 1 doctor chair, diagnostic wall unit with Otoscope and Ophthalmoscope, 1 biohazard waste can and 1 regular waste can)

• 1 Nurse station

• 1 Dictation area

• Lockable storage

Members can license the medical pods in blocks of 4 hours or 8 hours / day / week / month for a minimum duration of 1 year.

If a member uses the pod for extra time beyond their contract, then an additional fee of $250 per occurrence for a maximum of 4 hrs is added to the member’s invoice. This additional usage is strictly subject to the availability of the pod.

Carehub® charges $250 / day / additional member beyond what’s listed in the contract (typically 2  nurses and 1 physician per pod per 4 hour block). If a practice wants to add additional member(s), we request them to contact Carehub® Administrator in advance to make arrangements.

Currently Carehub® does not assess any “overage fees” (see “membership agreement” for definition).

Carehub® concierge will make black and white copies or email pdf scans for $0.20 per page and will make color copies for $1.50 per single-side. As part of the monthly membership fee, Members receive a credit of $20.00 per month to help off-set printing fees.

Carehub® charges 5% late fee if membership dues are not received by the 5th of each month and an additional 5% late fee if not paid by the 10th of each month. Such fees shall be applied to the amount that is past due.

Carehub® observes the following business holidays:

• New year’s day

• Memorial day

• Independence day

• Labor day

• Thanksgiving day

• Christmas day

A 3% fee will be added to membership dues and other fees due when a member elects to pay for such fees using a credit card. There is no charge for direct electronic payments made by ACH from the member’s bank account.
